Once the return request has been made and acknowledged by us your products must be posted to us within seven (7) working days of the acknowledgement by us (Cancellation Confirmation), unused, in their original packaging and in perfect condition to URBAINE, Tony Bloom, 357 Chemin du Parrou 06560 Valbonne, FRANCE. Please include your contact details and your Order Reference within the parcel.
We will issue you with a refund for the cost of goods and the original postage fee (if in France, no postage can be refunded for international orders) if you return your entire order. Your credit card will be credited to such amount as soon as possible and within fourteen (14) business days of receipt of the Products by URBAINE. The original postage fee will not be refunded if you return only part of the order. The risks and costs of returns are the sole responsibility of the Customer. Of course if you prefer we will happily exchange your products for something else to the same value.
Please ensure you use adequate packaging to prevent any damage or breakage especially when returning products that are fragile like glass.
We accept no responsibility for loss or damage while in transit.
After this time, and except for hidden defects, no claim will be accepted by URBAINE. We will acknowledge your email by return.
